All machines are designed by qualified personnel and utilize the most up to date software programs available for 3D design.
The design of each part of the SM7000 is automatically generated by CAM (Computer Aided Manufacturing) trace systems and is sent via a LAN network to CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machinery which manufactures the component. The manufacturing process is done within the minimum tolerance levels possible.
This guarantees maximum reliability of the machines and interchange ability of spare parts. At the end of the assembly process, before delivery to the customer, each machine is exposed to stringent checks and undergoes production simulation of approximately 100 hours.
